Return Eligibility

Most physical goods can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Custom‑made, personalized, clearance and final‑sale items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Send your return request email to: lucre_pied.2y@icloud.com. Please include your order number, full name, and reason for returning the product.
  2. We will review your application and send you detailed return instructions within 2‑3 business days.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless your product is damaged, defective, or we have shipped the wrong item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will inform you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment account. Please allow 5‑10 business days for the funds to show up, subject to the processing speed of your payment provider.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If you receive broken, defective, or wrong goods, please get in touch with us within 7 days upon delivery, and attach clear photos of the product and outer package. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost for you.
